Feast with Qupé

On Thursday, September 23, winemakers Bob Lindquist and wife Louisa Sawyer Lindquist will host a dinner at Los Alamos' Full of Life Flatbread, the artisan flatbread pizza parlor and part-time (weekends only) restaurant.

The two will pour their 2009 Verdad Rosé with flatbread of pistachio, flax seed, rosemary, and red onion, and their 2007 Verdad Tempranillo, 2001 and 2008 Qupé Syrahs beside a whole roasted pig.

Revel in gastronomic glory with the two Santa Barbara County veteran vintners for $85 per person, or $75 for wine club members.

Full of Life Flatbread is located at 225 W. Bell St. in Los Alamos.
